I was visiting Cambridge last week and whilst meandering around the market stalls in the main square, I happened upon a Latin band playing their hearts out. The trio were so full of energy and passion, they immediately drew a large crowd. Dressed in bohemian shirts flowing dresses and dark shades, they exuded a kind of effortless cool. It was as if we were no longer in a cloudy English town, but transported to a warm and alluring Spanish city.

Street Harmony
While in Oxford one Saturday, I spotted this duo harmonizing on the street, one with a cello and the other with an electric guitar. An unlikely mix, but it worked fluidly, the boy in purple providing the soulful notes and the boy in black giving it spice. They played so beautifully together, I stayed rooted to the spot, watching them synchronize their sounds.
